Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in the Agriculture sector or business management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make rational and strategic decisions.

Proven experience in hatchery management or similar operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think innovatively and strategically, especially in policy-related matters.

Strong client focus and a commitment to maintaining customer satisfactory
